Every one of our sitters is thoroughly screened and approved to ensure your peace of mind.
Need specialized care? Many of our sitters are trained and comfortable administering medication—whether orally or via injection.

4. Availability
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to do overnight stays or house-sitting, if requested.

Absolutely! We encourage meet-and-greets for new clients to ensure you and your pets feel comfortable with the sitter.
Yes! All our sitters go through a vetting process including interviews, background checks, and training in pet care, emergency handling, and respecting clients’ homes and pet routines.
We care for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, and more. Let us know your pet’s specific needs and we’ll tailor the care accordingly.
Your pet’s safety is our top priority. In case of emergencies, we will immediately contact you and your preferred vet, and follow your instructions unless otherwise required.
We accept EFT. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice with payment details.
Yes! We send regular updates with photos or videos via WhatsApp so you have peace of mind while you're away.
We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.
